This dust cover is compatible with the Yamaha YRM series surface mount machine scanning camera linear motor, using thick sheet metal material and matte spray coating treatment on the surface. The main function is to block dust and tin slag from entering the interior of the motor, prevent contamination of the magnet and guide rail, and prevent motor noise, motion jamming, and positioning alarms. Under long-term production environment, the original dust cover is prone to collision, deformation, cracking and failure. The hole size of this product is consistent with the original factory and can be directly replaced for installation, effectively protecting the linear motor, reducing maintenance frequency, extending motor service life, and ensuring stable operation of the visual scanning station.
